This site should work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard only, or a phone on a slow connection.

What we do

Pages are built from plain HTML and work without JavaScript for reading. Menus and dropdowns open with the keyboard.
Text contrast is kept high against the background, and text can be zoomed without the layout breaking.
Every image that carries meaning has a text description, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Motion is kept small, and animation is switched off automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.

Where we know we fall short

Some data tables are wide and scroll sideways on a small screen. We are shortening them page by page.

A few third party images do not have a usable description because the source does not provide one.

Tell us about a problem

If any page is hard to use, tell us through the contact page with the page address and what went wrong. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs, not suggestions.
