Our own material
The text, design, database, model and code on this site belong to EagleEyeOdds. Copying them in bulk, republishing them, or training a product on them without permission is not allowed.
Team names, club badges, competition names and bookmaker names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the teams, competitions and prices being discussed.
Sending a takedown notice
Write to us through the contact page with the exact address of the page, a description of the work you say has been infringed, proof that you own or represent the owner of that work, and your contact details.
Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised and that the information you have given is accurate.
What happens next
We aim to look at every complete notice within five working days. Where a complaint is clear we remove or replace the material while we look into it.
If we believe the material was used lawfully we will tell you why rather than simply ignoring the notice.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to us with the reasons and we will review it.
