Last updated 13 September 2026

This policy explains what information EagleEyeOdds collects when you use the site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

Who is responsible

EagleEyeOdds publishes this website and decides how the information described here is used. You can reach us through the contact page about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • You can read the whole site without an account. We do not ask for your name, email, address or payment details in order to use it.
  • Our server keeps short technical logs of requests, which include your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and device type. These are created automatically by the web server.
  • If you post a comment, we store the name you type, the comment itself and a one way hash of your IP address. The hash cannot be turned back into your address and exists only to stop one person flooding the page.
  • If you email us, we keep that email and our reply so we can follow up.

How long we keep it

  • Server logs are kept for a short rolling period and then deleted.
  • Comments stay until you ask us to remove them or we remove them under our rules.
  • Emails are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Who else receives information

  • We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else marketing.
  • Our hosting and network providers process requests on our behalf so the site can be delivered to you.
  • Team logos, flags and fonts are loaded from public services. Those services receive the standard request your browser makes in order to send the file.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site against abuse.

International transfers

The site is served from servers that may sit outside your country. Where information is transferred out of your region, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place for that transfer.

Your rights

  • Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy of it.
  • People in the European Union and the United Kingdom have these rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. People in California have similar rights, including the right not to be sold, and we do not sell personal information.
  • To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact page. We answer within one month and we never charge for a first request.
  • You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This site is not for children. It is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to the server is limited. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send us sensitive personal details by email.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and a material change will be highlighted on the page.

Note: this page is written in plain English so that it is actually read. It is a genuine statement of how we work, not legal advice to you. If your own situation needs advice, speak to a lawyer in your country.
