Gyökeres seeking Arsenal exit

Arsenal forward Viktor Gyökeres is considering a move away from the club in January to secure regular playing time. The 28 year old striker has grown frustrated with his current role after making just three Premier League appearances this season, all coming from the bench.

That comes despite an impressive previous campaign where he scored 21 goals in all competitions. Gyökeres joined Arsenal from Sporting CP for £55 million just over a year ago. Atletico Madrid are monitoring the situation, along with several other clubs in Italy, Germany, and Spain.

Defensive targets for United and Liverpool

Manchester United are preparing to target defenders during the winter transfer window. The club is looking for new talent at center back and left back following criticism from defender Lisandro Martínez regarding squad investment.

Liverpool are also searching for defensive additions. Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu has emerged as a target for the club. The 26 year old can play both center back and right back. However, a move may be difficult because he has played in every game for Juventus this season and holds a contract through 2029.

European club moves and teenage talent

Arsenal and Chelsea are watching 17 year old midfielder Oliver Mansson from IFK Goteborg. Mansson has made 17 appearances this season, with 13 in the Allsvenskan. He cannot move to the Premier League until next August when he turns 18.

In Italy, AC Milan need defensive cover after Matteo Gabbia suffered a torn hamstring that will keep him out for at least three months. Milan have reached out about 25 year old Gonçalo Inácio, but Sporting CP want more than €40 million. Bayern Munich defender Kim Min-jae is another option on their list.
