Eberechi Eze Promises Ronaldo Celebration After Video Game Defeat
Eberechi Eze must perform a Cristiano Ronaldo inspired celebration after losing to streamer IShowSpeed in EA Sports FC.

A loss on the console
Arsenal forward Eberechi Eze has agreed to do a brand new goal celebration following a gaming loss to YouTuber IShowSpeed. The 21 year old streamer, who has 61.7 million subscribers on YouTube, defeated the Arsenal player in a best of three EA Sports FC battle.
The match started with a surprise choice. Eze selected Paris Saint Germain for the opening fixture, which led Speed to ask why he was not playing as Arsenal. Eze said, "I ride or die for my team, but on FIFA? I'm not sure about that."
Eze took control of Arsenal for the second game and won to tie the contest. Speed then picked Bayern Munich for the deciding match and scored a late winner using former Tottenham forward Harry Kane.
Settling on the celebration
The loss means Eze has to perform a celebration picked by Speed the next time he scores for Arsenal.
The pair had to work through a few suggestions before making a final choice. Speed first asked for his own crossed arms move followed by twerking. Eze rejected that instantly with a laugh, saying, "I won't lie to you, that bounce thing is berserk."
A backflip was the second option, but Eze admitted that he does not know how to complete one. They eventually settled on a routine inspired by Cristiano Ronaldo. Eze agreed to pull off Ronaldo's trademark "siuuu" move, combined with Speed's signature bark, a badge tap, and a knee lift.
What it means for the next game
Arsenal supporters will watch to see if Eze gets on the scoresheet and carries out the bet in the club's upcoming fixtures.
