Haaland eyes Spain move as transfer rumors heat up
Erling Haaland reportedly prefers a move to LaLiga over Arsenal, while several other top stars consider their options.

Haaland targets Spain over Arsenal
Manchester City forward Erling Haaland reportedly wants a move to Spain instead of joining Arsenal. Even though Arsenal have the financial strength to compete for him, the Norway striker is looking elsewhere. Following news of financial charges against Manchester City, Haaland's team has marked 2027 as a target date to leave. His contract with City runs until 2034. Barcelona and Real Madrid are both ready to fight for his signature if he decides to move.
Premier League and Serie A updates
Arsenal and Chelsea are both interested in Barcelona forward Dani Olmo, but the player wants to stay in Spain. Barcelona are also looking at other options. They still like Club Brugge striker Nicolò Tresoldi, despite signing Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal in the summer.
Tottenham Hotspur are watching Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma. Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi is keen on a reunion with the player. However, Liverpool are also interested as Mitoma enters the final 18 months of his contract. Meanwhile, Liverpool winger Federico Chiesa is open to returning to Serie A in January. Internazionale, Atalanta, and Lazio are all keeping track of him.
More rumors around Europe
In other news, Jadon Sancho is currently a free agent and is happy to wait before signing with a new club. Manchester United and Chelsea are both tracking defender Tomás Araújo.
AC Milan are in talks to extend the contract of winger Christian Pulisic, who wants to stay at San Siro.
Meanwhile, Juventus want to strengthen their defense. They are watching Brentford right back Michael Kayode, along with Fiorentina midfielder Cher Ndour. Juventus plan to prioritize signing a new left back and a midfielder when the January transfer window opens.
