Brewers Overcome Early Four Run Deficit to Take Game 2 Over Rays
The Milwaukee Brewers rallied from four runs down to beat the Tampa Bay Rays 5-4 on Saturday, taking a 2-0 lead in the World Series.

Comeback in Milwaukee
The Milwaukee Brewers pulled off another impressive comeback on Saturday night, beating the Tampa Bay Rays 5-4. Down 4-0 in the first inning, Milwaukee rallied to win Game 2 and build a 2-0 lead in the World Series.
Rookie Logan Henderson had a rough start on 11 days of rest. Tampa Bay scored four runs in the top of the first, highlighted by a two run home run from Liam Hicks. However, the Brewers answered right away with two runs in the bottom half of the inning. Drew Rasmussen allowed three runs over 3 and 2/3 innings for Tampa Bay before leaving the game.
Milwaukee kept pushing. David Hamilton hit a run scoring grounder in the fourth inning to pull the Brewers within one run.
Key plays turn the tide
In the sixth inning, Sal Frelick hit a game tying home run off Ian Seymour. It was his first home run in three months. "I was just pumped to try to get back to the dugout," Frelick said. "I don't hit a lot of home runs, especially to center, so I was happy it went out."
Cooper Pratt provided the winning hit in the seventh inning. The 22 year old looped a go ahead single into short right field off Kevin Kelly, scoring Brice Turang. "As long as there's game left, we have a chance. I think we've all bought into that. We're never out of it," Pratt said.
Abner Uribe pitched 1 and 1/3 hitless innings to earn the win, and Aaron Ashby closed out the ninth inning for his third postseason save. Game 3 takes place Monday night in St. Petersburg, Florida.
