Hansi Flick Praises Raphinha's Devastating Form in New Barcelona Role

A Successful Tactical Shift

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has found an unexpected star in his new striker position. Raphinha, who was originally signed as a right winger, has been converted into a centre forward this season. The move came after the club missed out on signing striker Julián Álvarez, combined with the summer departures of Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres.

The tactical shift has worked perfectly. Raphinha has scored eight goals in five games. His great form has helped the Spanish champions win four straight games in LaLiga and another match in the Champions League.

While the attack is scoring freely, Flick also praised his team's defense. Barcelona have only conceded three goals so far. Teenager Pau Cubarsí has led the defensive line, earning praise from his manager for his physical improvement and focus.

Barcelona will look to keep their perfect start going when they travel to Levante. The team has no new injuries, with Frenkie de Jong and Roony Bardghji remaining the only long term absentees.
