Milwaukee Bucks Mock Florida Teams After Earning First Victory
The Milwaukee Bucks took a shot at Florida sports teams on Monday while the Milwaukee Brewers took a 3-0 World Series lead.

Bucks get on the board and poke fun
The Milwaukee Bucks picked up their first victory of the season on Monday night, defeating the Indiana Pacers 110-102. Guard Tyler Herro led Milwaukee with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. Fellow guard Ryan Rollins added 19 points to help the team recover from an 0-3 start.
Moments before their own game ended, the Bucks took aim at Florida sports fans on social media. The team posted a graphic stating, "Bad day to be a Florida sports fan."
Brewers push Rays to the brink
At the time of the post, the Milwaukee Brewers were leading the Tampa Bay Rays 10-0 in the final third of Game 3 of the 2026 World Series. The Bucks felt confident enough in their neighbors to post early. The Brewers officially closed out a 10-1 win about 40 minutes later in Saint Petersburg, Florida. An eight-run fifth inning helped the Brewers take a 3-0 series lead. Teams leading 3-0 in the World Series are 25-0 all time.
Heat struggles and schedule notes
The social media post also poked fun at the Miami Heat, who dropped to 0-4 on the season after a 113-109 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. The Bucks traded franchise icon Giannis Antetokounmpo to Miami in June. The Heat play over 250 miles away from Tampa Bay at Kaseya Center.
The Bucks and Brewers have worked together since the World Series started. Milwaukee adjusted its tipoff time for the regular season opener to avoid conflict with Game 1. The Bucks are off on Tuesday, so there will be no overlap with Game 4. The Bucks and Heat play each other on Nov. 18.
