Ravens Star Lamar Jackson Knocked Out of Titans Game With Ankle Injury
Lamar Jackson left Sunday's game against the Titans with an ankle injury after a dominant first half, leaving backup Tyler Huntley to finish the game.

Jackson Forced Out of Action
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson did not play in the second half of Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans after hurting his ankle. The injury happened on the final offensive play before halftime when Jackson was sacked from behind.
It appeared that Titans defensive end Jermaine Johnson II landed on the side of Jackson's left ankle. The two-time NFL Most Valuable Player limped to the sideline. The Ravens announced Jackson as questionable to return. Jackson remained on the sideline in uniform before eventually leaving the field with 4:41 remaining in the game and the Ravens leading 24-10.
A Big First Half
Before the injury, Jackson was putting together a stellar performance. He completed 15 of 20 passes, which is 75 percent, for 222 yards and two touchdowns. The yardage marked the fourth-most passing yards Jackson has ever recorded in the first half of a game in his career.
Tyler Huntley took over at quarterback for the second half. Huntley has proven to be a reliable option for Baltimore. Last season, Huntley was undefeated as a fill-in starter. He won both of his games in that role, beating two playoff teams in the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers.
Ravens Facing Multiple Injuries
It was an injury-filled game for Baltimore. Jackson was not the only Ravens player to go down in this matchup. The team had to rule out three other players due to injuries.
Cornerback Marlon Humphrey was ruled out with a calf injury. Right guard Andrew Vorhees was ruled out with a foot injury. Tight end Durham Smythe was also ruled out with an Achilles injury. The team will have to monitor all of these players as they move forward.
