Real Madrid Eye Man United Youngster as Premier League Clubs Target Alex Freeman
Real Madrid lead the race for Manchester United teenager JJ Gabriel, while several Premier League clubs eye defender Alex Freeman.

Real Madrid close in on JJ Gabriel
Real Madrid are feeling confident about signing Manchester United attacking midfielder JJ Gabriel. The 16 year old prospect has been absent for the Red Devils since September. He asked to leave the club and requested to have his registration cancelled.
Attempts by Manchester United to keep him at Old Trafford have failed so far. Moving to Spain is seen as the top choice for the teenager. Real Madrid and Barcelona are the main contenders for his signature, though Paris Saint Germain, Bayern Munich, and Borussia Dortmund are also monitoring the situation.
Premier League sides target Alex Freeman and Alejandro Balde
Manchester City, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur are all looking at Villarreal right back Alex Freeman. The 22 year old United States international played regularly under Mauricio Pochettino at the FIFA World Cup. Tottenham are considering options in that position due to uncertainty surrounding Pedro Porro.
Barcelona left back Alejandro Balde has accepted that he must leave Spain to get more playing time. Manchester United and other English teams are interested in the 23 year old. Balde has not started a match for Barcelona this season, sitting behind Joao Cancelo and Xavi Espart in the squad.
More transfer options across Europe
Real Madrid view Como centre back Jacobo Ramon as a potential replacement for Antonio Rudiger. The Spanish side will not make a final decision on the 21 year old until spring. They are also keeping tabs on former players Nico Paz, Rafa Marin, and Victor Munoz.
Monaco striker Folarin Balogun has been offered to several clubs, including Manchester United, Everton, Leeds United, Newcastle United, and Nottingham Forest. Juventus have also been approached. Manchester United are considering Balogun alongside Crystal Palace forward Jean Philippe Mateta ahead of the January transfer window.
