Tottenham Beat Ten Man Chelsea at Stamford Bridge
Tottenham Hotspur earned a rare 2-0 victory at Chelsea following an own goal and a late strike from Mathys Tel.

Spurs claim rare win at Stamford Bridge
Tottenham Hotspur secured a 2-0 victory against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Roberto De Zerbi watched his team earn just their second Premier League win at the ground in 34 visits.
Spurs spent around £400 million in the summer to rebuild their squad. This victory moved Tottenham up to 12th place in the table. Chelsea remained fourth after Xabi Alonso suffered his first home defeat as manager.
Goalkeeping error and red card hurt Chelsea
Chelsea played without top scorer João Pedro due to an injury sustained in Friday training. The home side struggled to find rhythm in attack without him and suffered from discipline issues.
In the 77th minute, Mateus Fernandes floated in a corner that Chelsea goalkeeper Mike Penders punched into his own net. Penders was making his first league start with Emiliano Martínez out due to a broken jaw.
Cole Palmer received his first yellow card for pushing Fernandes after a stoppage. Ten minutes later, Palmer was sent off after picking up a second yellow card for a late tackle on Conor Gallagher.
Tel seals victory after Maddison injury
James Maddison made his second consecutive start since returning from ACL surgery. However, he sat down in the center circle early in the second half and walked off to be replaced by Gallagher.
Mathys Tel secured the victory late in the match. He drove forward and hit a 20 yard shot into the bottom corner. De Zerbi ran down the touchline toward the away end to celebrate with the fans.
